Bhagat Singh – the only one
  • The only name in the world’s martyr history who has been hanged for revolutionary works by the British Government one day before the due date.
  • He is the only martyr whose hunger strike for the sake of good food, clean clothes, newspapers and books to read for the prisoners in the jail has turned the whole of India on hunger strike and won at last from the British government.  
  • Due to the hunger strike by Bhagat Singh and his friends in Jail the British woman in a party left the food in the impression of Bhagat Singh and his friend’s hunger strike for 60 days continuously.
  • After Bhagat Singh’s call for Total Independence, Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru also called for total independence (poorna swarajya) after rebel in congress instead of Domanian status.
  • To stop Bhagat Singh’s popularity Mahatma Gandhi signed Erwin pact for the death of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru.
